It was made with all the new comers in the industry from National School of Drama, Delhi and Film Institute, Pune. And no one knew that a cult movie was into the making. Simply hilarious with superb performances by all. Specially the drunkard act of Om Puri with his Punjabi acsent and his fights with Pankaj Kapoor. The dead body sequence with Naseeruddin Shah, Ravi Vasvani & Satish Shah is too good. And the best part is the climax on the Ramlila stage. The remix between Ramayan & Mahabharat is very well written. Kundan Shah will be remembered for this classic forever.
